- Assessment first Nothing is decided before you are examined and your history is understood. Expected results, sessions and timeline are discussed after that, never before.
- Follow-up Where a condition needs tracking over months rather than one visit, the follow-up plan is set out with you at the end of the consultation.
What to expect
A consultation, not a sales counter
The clinic is open from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Walk-ins are accepted subject to the treatment and the doctor's availability on the day, though a call ahead saves you a wait.
There is no consultation fee if you go ahead with treatment on the same day. If you are coming for a consultation only, please confirm the fee with reception when you call, as it depends on what the visit involves.
